• Lake Colours: Lake Colours are dispersible in vegetable oil, and can be mixed with fats, oils, etc. They can also be dispersed in suspension of propylene glycol or sucrose (water or sugar). Lake colours are made from primary food colour in three concentrations- 15-22%, 23-30%, and 31-38%.
• FD & C Colours: US FDA Certified colours, FD&C Yellow 5, FD&C Yellow 6, FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Blue 2, FD&C Red 3, FD&C Red 40
  
• Blended Colours: Mixture of two or more water-soluble colours. Dynemic can match exact colour shade according to your counter sample.
